Who I Am and What I Do
My Background
I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher for over six years. I believe healing the body happens from the inside out. I am also certified as a reiki practitioner, and I have experience with other energetic modalities such as ancestral healing, sound therapy, and chakra balancing. I connect to each of my clients individually to create a unique experience to help them on their healing journey.
Energy Work
A combination of reiki and intuition, I use my gifts to connect to your energy and move what is blocking you. This can be a vulnerable experience, as we tend to block out painful moments from our past. Being open is the most difficult part of it, but I encourage my clients to trust the process without any self-judgment. I hold a safe space for any and all emotions to be released. Good for trauma, depression, and spiritual guidance.
Foot Zoning
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, there is a blueprint of our body’s wholeness mapped out on the feet. Using advanced techniques, nerve pathways are stimulated to send signals to organs, tissues, and systems in the body depending on the specific zones being worked. These signals balance energy blockages and help restore and repair the body. This modality gives me easy access to receive information relating to physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies.
Swedish Massage
A traditional massage with hands-on muscle manipulation, dedicated to hitting all those sore spots in your tight muscles, leaving you relaxed and calm.
Craniosacral
Using light touch on the synarthrodial joints on the craium, gentle movements of the fluids in and around the central nervous system in the head are pushed around. Each bone of the skull has a different energetic meaning making this practice both relaxing and healing.
Yoga
The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word yuji; which translates to union. Movement, breath, and energy come together creating a perfect balance of unity for your mind, body, and spirit. Private classes are perfect for advancing your practice by catering to your specific goals. Tune into my IG page for group classes and sound bath ceremonies.
Thai Yoga Massage
Bodywork with stretching, Thai massage offers a fusion of Buddhist spiritual practice and Indian Ayurvedic bodywork. A grounding modality that supports the individual's natural healing ability to rebalance and harmonize their physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in for this type of appointment.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Canceled appointments before that 24 hr notice will be charged 50% of your service charge as a cancellation fee. No call no shows will be charged 100% of your service charge.
Credit cards are required upon booking your appointment. They will NOT be charged. They will be held securely in your account for a precaution and only used as needed for the cancellation fee.
